Once we confirm availability, we'll send a secure deposit link to hold your dog's spot.

First-Time Guests: Short Meet & Greet

New guests complete a short meet & greet so we can ensure your dog feels comfortable from the very first stay.

Arrival Window

Drop-Off

Drop-off is scheduled between 4:00 and 7:00 PM — your appointment time is confirmed once your stay is approved.

Departure Window

Pick-Up

Pick-up is scheduled between 7:00 and 10:00 AM — morning departures are included, with extended care available upon request.

Guest Wellness

Vaccinations

Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella are required and must be administered at least 7–14 days prior to arrival. Flea and tick prevention is required during peak seasons.
